Will the babybubl fit into my pram or stroller?

babybubl is a universal accessory designed with a flexible framework to fit a wide range of different strollers and prams on the market. A prerequisite for the babybubl to work is that the canopy is equipped with a mesh ventilation window in the center, or back portion of the canopy. The babybubl is to be positioned on the inside of this window.

Here’s examples of strollers and prams that we know in which it fits perfectly.

Your first introducion

Congratulations on your babybubl. This is a short guide to your first introduction, and how to install the babybubl. into your stroller or pram.

  • The babybubl comes with a Controller (inkl. charge cable), 1 set of bubl. HEPA filters, and a Fastening kit
  • Charge the Controller before connecting it to the babybubl, and followg the guide "How do I set up my babybubl".
  • Open up the front of the babybubl and install the filters.
  • Attach the fastening kit to the babybubl. before introducing it into the stroller

The first things you have to do when unboxing your babybubl is to charge the Controller, set it up following the “How do I set up my babybubl” guide, install the filters, and attach the fastening kit to the babybubl.

The fastening kit contains 1 pair of velcro straps, and two pairs of clamps. One pair of the clamps having an adjustable strap attached. The clamps are to be attached to the upper loops on the babybubl, and depending on the distance from the closest support beam of the canopy, use either the clamps with adjustable straps, or the ones without.

The velcro straps are to go through the eyelets in the front of the wings of the babybubl to attach this part to the hinges of the conopy.

Now, when you have familiarized yourself with it, making sure everything works properly, it’s time to install it into your stroller.

Open up the mesh ventilation window of the canopy. Push the wings of the babybubl together when pushing it through the opening of the canopy. It will then spring outwards, pushing itself toward the frame of the canopy. Position the babybubl on the inside of the ventilation window. Then attach the velcro straps around the hinges of the canopy, and last, use the clamps to grasp the closest support beam of the canopy above the babybubl.

If you have a canopy that extends forward so that the babybubl ends up in the roof, then use the extra pair of clamps to attach it to the closest support beam underneath the babybubl to keep in it place.

After you have attached the babybubl to the canopy, if possible, adjust the ventilation window so that you have as little leakage as possible.

Now you’re ready to go!

How do I set up my babybubl?

Getting started with babybubl is easy. You can follow the steps on the babybubl app or follow the instructions provided in the box your babybubl came in.

  • Check that your Bluetooth connection works before placing babybubl in your pram.
  • Put the powerbank into its pocket and connect it to the USB-A cable provided.
  • Press “on” to start the air purifier – the battery indicators will also light up.
  • Choose your fan speed (low, medium or high) using the "FAN" button.
  • Hold down the "FAN" button for three (3) seconds to enable Bluetooth pairing.
  • Open up the bubl app and connect to babybubl!

You may want to use the higher fan speed on windy days; the faster airflow helps stabilize the protective bubl created around your baby as they travel in their pram.
